Refund policy
For a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. A request made after 24 hours and within 3 days from the receipt will allow for exchange only. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Altered products and custom orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.
Please Note: All orders delivered outside of the United States, are final sale. All custom orders and special orders placed on sanjaykasliwal.com are final sale. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.
If you wish to make a return, please email info@sanjaykasliwal.com and title the subject of your email “RETURN,” followed by the order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all returns. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment less the return shipping fees.
If you wish to make an exchange, please email info@sanjaykasliwal.com and title the subject of your email “EXCHANGE,” followed by the order number. We are pleased to assist you with your exchange or offer you store credit. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. It will be responsibility of the Customer to drop the parcel at the courier’s drop off location.
Every Customer will compulsorily have to ship back the item/s within 72 hours from the Return Request. We reserve the right not to honour the refund if the parcel will not be shipped within 72 hours from the Return Request.
Please note, return request frequency is kept on record. sanjaykasliwal.com has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same account or individual.
